We would like to update you on the works taking place at Tudor Place.
The new site entrance on Bewley Drive is now operational, and a dedicated on‑site security presence is now in place. This security is designed to prevent anyone straying on to the land so we can keep the local community safe.
Earthworks are ongoing, and remediation of the site is going ahead as planned. Where tests show traces of Asbestos Contaminated Materials, we will carry out remediation with the highest levels of safety in place for contractors and residents.
Over the coming weeks, you will see deliveries to site to enable works to begin on the new road infrastructure.
While we have a dedicated website and this regular newsletter, some residents have contacted David Wilson Homes asking for more information about the works taking place and we would like to offer you the opportunity to hear directly from us about this.
We are therefore hosting a drop-in session with members of the remediation team on hand to answer your questions. This includes the regeneration plans, the new homes and community facilities for Kirkby, as well as the remediation works or any other questions or concerns you may have.
The drop-in session will be at Volair Kirkby (105 Cherryfield Drive, Kirkby) on 17 March from 4.30pm – 6.30pm.
We look forward to seeing you at the drop-in session. If you have any questions or would like further information, please contact the project team using the details provided on this website or by clicking here.
